Mr Tariq Nadeem (Director Sales & Marketing)

Mr. Tariq Nadeem is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and manufacturing operations. He completed his Master of Business Administration from the College of Business Administration, Lahore, in 1995–96. Early in his career, Mr. Nadeem gained extensive marketing and sales experience through one and a half decades of service in leading national and multinational organizations. In 2011, Mr. Nadeem took a significant step forward by establishing his own pharmaceutical sales and marketing company, marking his entry into entrepreneurship. His marketing company quickly earned recognition in the Pakistani pharmaceutical market. Recognizing the growing demand for health and wellness products, Mr. Nadeem diversified into nutraceutical manufacturing in 2016 by establishing a nutraceutical manufacturing plant. In 2025, building on over three decades of entrepreneurial leadership in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors, Mr. Tariq Nadeem strategically expanded into the cosmetology and cosmetic brands through collaboration with PCP Healthcare and Compliance Technologies Inc. Canada. This new venture brought a global perspective to the project. The brand name of this initiative, “KAMLAY,” is in the process of being registered in Canada under the umbrella of Compliance Technologies Inc. Canada; this brand represents Mr. Nadeem’s long-standing vision of offering high-quality, research-backed, and environmentally conscious cosmetic products to both local and international markets.
